Jack began DJing in 1999 at the age of 14 and started producing music in 2003. In the early days he was obsessed with hip hop, and played at nights in London, with all the big UK hip hop acts of the day, and near his home town of Marlow. Being too young to get into the venues made him deeply unpopular with bouncers nationwide!
In the following years he worked as an A&R man (or teenager) for a major drum 'n' bass label and helped progress the career of one of today's top produces on the scene by handing his demos out at gigs. A few years later, he started releasing break beat under the name “Trespass” on independent label Hardcore Beats. Within the last year he has turned his attention to house and techno music.
Jack recently started a night / blog / music community which he hopes to turn into a label by the end of 2011 which is, as yet, unnamed. The genre is, there is no genre. The first event is in April at a seriously plush new club that guarantees some massive acts to kick things off.
He also has residencies at In Session and Genre in London where he plays longer sets (2-3 hours) which contain house, techno, dub and whatever he finds interesting that that week.
