Musicians Wanted!
FreeStyleGames Search for Musical Aficionados

3rd September 2008.  Leamington Spa, UK.  FreeStyleGames, the leading independent studio specialising in music & rhythm action videogames has entered into a services agreement with Activision Publishing, Inc., and today put out a call for musicians to join their team working on Guitar Hero downloadable content projects for Activision.

FreeStyleGames is already hard at work on forthcoming downloadable content (DLC) packs for Activision’s upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour, slated for release this fall.  With a host of artists already signed up, they’re keen to add even more talent to their team.

Chris Lee, Commercial Director of FreeStyleGames said, “It’s exciting for us to see the ongoing convergence between games and music, as well as so much enthusiasm from the world’s biggest recording artists for what we do. As downloadable content creators, we are actively seeking musicians to bring their talent to our team and work on one of the biggest hits in videogame history.”

Having completed downloadable content for Guitar Hero® III: Legends of Rock, including track packs, the studio is looking for experienced drummers and guitarists, as well as sound engineers, to help out on new material for upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour DLC.
